The “Technische Universität Darmstadt“ (TU Darmstadt) welcomes all Double Degree and ERASMUS students to study in the “science city” of Darmstadt. The European exchange students are fully integrated and treated in almost every aspect as full-time registered students of TU Darmstadt and with only a few limitations will have access to a wide variety of courses.

TU Darmstadt has top national rankings in terms of research and teaching. Also the TU Darmstadt is as autonomous and self dependent as no other German university with a public assignment.

The study programmes are now reorganized into bachelor and master degrees. These qualifications will be accepted without reservation at every other highly qualified Technical University nationwide as well as all over the world.
