Hatha Yoga Flow
In this yoga class, classical Hatha Yoga meets gentle Vinyasa Flow Yoga to help you find balance in your studies. Through physical postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), and relaxation, the aim is to create balance between body and mind. A perfect blend of dynamic and static poses invites you to feel and rediscover your body. The asanas help to release tension on the one hand, and on the other to recognize and let go of physical strain at an early stage.
