Come join us outside for some movement! We will accompany you on a Walk & Talk at Campus Stadtmitte.
We offer 30 minutes of active relaxation and exchange with like-minded students and staff from Student Health Management. Afterwards, you can return to your university routine full of new tips, energy, and motivation!
