Workshop: Me time
2026/01/13
Do you know that feeling of “Everything is just too much right now”? Deadlines, exams, seminar preparations, perhaps financial and/or personal worries, current world events, and then everyday tasks—everything needs to be organized and dealt with somehow. That's when it's good to pause for a moment!
In a protected, confidential setting, we take two half-days to sort things out and activate our own resources. This is less about learning new techniques and more about regaining our strength. Only with a good foundation, inner clarity, and balance are we able to meet the daily challenges of times of crisis.
Through reflection and exchange within the group, participants benefit from the different perspectives and experiences of the group members and develop creative solutions. The feeling of self-efficacy is promoted and personal competence is strengthened.
The methods used include:
● Self-awareness and mindfulness exercises
● Working with the inner team (inner parts)
● Open exchange within the group
● Appreciative communication
● Resonating and giving feedback
The work in this two-day workshop is not a substitute for psychotherapy, but it can certainly trigger personal processes and intense feelings. Normal psychological resilience is therefore a prerequisite.
