How can you stay physically and mentally healthy during your studies? That’s exactly what the seminar “Healthy Studying” is about. In weekly seminar sessions, we explore a variety of topics related to maintaining a healthy student lifestyle. These include nutrition, sleep, exercise & training, resilience, relaxation, time management, financing, conflict management, responsible consumption, self-reflection, and much more.
Internal and external lecturers from different fields provide practical insights and helpful impulses. At the same time, the seminar offers space for exchange with fellow students who want to shape their studies in a more conscious and healthier way.
