Hi, my name is Alex and I work in the field of Active Breaks at TU Darmstadt.

My goal is to reduce the amount of time students spend sitting. To achieve this, we introduced programs such as Study Fresh Up as well as Lunch and Afternoon Break activities.

I found my way to TU Darmstadt through my work as an exercise instructor at Unifit. I enjoy the variety in my workday, which includes practical sports sessions, project work, and organizational tasks.

I was born here, my social circle is here, and I truly feel at home in Darmstadt.
