About Me

Hi, my name is Maike and I work at the Unisport Center in the areas of Student Health Management and Workplace Health Promotion. If you have any questions about the Activity Bike or the Mental Health First Aid training, I’m the right person to contact.

Why I Work at TU Darmstadt:

I first got to know TU Darmstadt during my studies and am now delighted to be part of it again. As a guest lecturer at the Institute of Sports Science, I’ve switched sides — I used to be a sports student myself.

I also really enjoy getting to know many members of TU Darmstadt through my work.

What I Like About Darmstadt:

I was born and raised in Darmstadt, studied here, and spent my student years living, learning, and celebrating in this city.

Darmstadt offers many beautiful places, such as Mathildenhöhe, Rosenhöhe, the Oberfeld, the climbing forest — and, of course, my favorite café.

My Miracle Cure for Stress:

A jog in the forest.

Fun Fact About Me:

I only know silly jokes like: “A cowboy goes to the hairdresser — comes out, pony gone.” ;)
