Hi, I’m Nadine and I coordinate the Student Health Management at TU Darmstadt. If you have ideas or questions about healthy studying, I’m the right person to talk to.
Your time at university is a special phase of life that offers many opportunities. My goal is to support students in shaping this time consciously and positively together.
Department/Institution/Faculty:
Unisport Center
Education/Degree Program:
Master’s degree in Sports Science, Psychology, and Education (TU Darmstadt)
Certified Social Pedagogue (Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences)
Additional training in Gestalt therapy and psychomotor therapy
Why I Work at TU Darmstadt:
TU Darmstadt is a great organization with exciting fields of activity and many dedicated people.
What I Like About Darmstadt:
For me, Darmstadt is just the right size — not too big and not too small. There are many cultural offerings, lovely cafés and squares, and great sports facilities. You can quickly get out into nature — into the forest, to the lake, to the Oberfeld — or visit other beautiful cities such as Frankfurt, Mainz, Wiesbaden, or Heidelberg.
My Miracle Cure for Stress:
I’m still looking for it 🙂 Until then: mindfulness practice, yoga, jogging in the forest, and climbing — single-tasking instead of multitasking.
Fun Fact About Me:
I’m (unfortunately) terrible at observing inconspicuously and always get caught immediately.
My Favorite Motto:
“You will be tomorrow what you think today.” (Buddha)
