During your two-year studies towards your master's degree, you will be supported by mentors in different ways, from choosing subjects to sharpening your scientific tools. In this way we will prepare you to work with us in the Clean Circles research project and provide you with a broad range of specialist knowledge. You will also receive a monthly book-grant of €150.
In the subsequent doctoral phase, you will be employed as a research assistant in the Clean Circles project. Together with an interdisciplinary team, you will conduct research on a central question of the energy transformation: How can we use iron as an energy carrier to store electricity? Via the Graduate School Energy and Science Engineering (ESE), to which you will be introduced through your participation in the research project, you will have access to another energy research network at TU Darmstadt besides Clean Circles.
Prerequisites
This call is specifically aimed at female students in engineering, natural or social sciences anticipating a very good bachelor’s degree, who will be starting their master’s studies at TU Darmstadt in the winter semester 2022/23.
