Since the beginning of February 2015, retired professors act in an honorary capacity as senior scientific advisors at TU Darmstadt. The programme was implemented by the Executive Board and provides a support service for early career researchers regarding their proposal preparation for individual funding.

This additional service aims at passing on principles, tips and tricks of proposal writing. Our senior scientific advisors are renowned scientists from the areas of humanities and social sciences, natural sciences and engineering sciences. They all look back on a profound experience in application processes, both as applicants and as members of selection committees.

Are you an early career researcher planning to apply for individual funding, e.g. to prepare a proposal for research grants at DFG or at the ERC? Please do not hesitate to contact us if you are interested or have any questions.

Ingenium regularly offers a course for early career researchers where common funding opportunities and formalities are presented and discussed: “Antragswerkstatt Drittmittel”.
