In this interactive online workshop, we focus on the next step in the application phase: the job interview. How can you best prepare for it? How do you come across as authentic and convincing in self-presentation? What do recruiters want to hear from you so that they decide in your favor at the end?

In the training, you will learn how to deal with difficult questions and how to convince the other person of you and your abilities in just two minutes, either in person or virtually. Find out how to present your successes without having to pretend. Learn proven methods and tools to turn the job interview to your advantage while remaining true to yourself.

Format:

The workshop is held online.

Interactive elements are integrated by the trainer. For this purpose, the tool “polleverywhere,” which is free for participants, is used and can be operated via mobile phone or browser without prior registration. The anonymous contributions of the participants are transmitted live, so that all participants can see what others have shared. Participants also have the opportunity to ask their questions live and get answers directly from the trainer. In addition, participants will deepen the exercises in teams during breakout sessions.
