Short-Term Programmes & Summer Schools
The participation in short-term programmes and summer schools organised by TU Darmstadt offers international students new experiences and language and specialist knowledge.
Our International Research Exchange Programme (IREP) offers international students (Bachelor's and Master's Degree) from partner universities in the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand the opportunity to:
- gain insights into up-to-date research through active participation
- gather intercultural experiences
- gain credit points
Our international summer school German Engineering and Language introduces students to different engineering research fields. In addition, intensive language courses and intercultural training is offered within the framework of the summer school.

INSPIRED, the International Project Week for Interdisciplinary Research-Oriented Digital Learning is a new TU Darmstadt initiative led by the Departments of Mechanical Engineering and Biology in cooperation with the Department of Materials and Earth Sciences.
