Within the framework of the International Study and Exchange Partnership (ISAP) with our partner universities Universidad Tecnológica La Salle in León, Nicaragua, and Universidad de Costa Rica in San José, Costa Rica, full scholarships for a 6-month exchange semester were awarded to 6 students of TU Darmstadt. more
Opportunity to carry out field work in Costa Rica for her Bachelor thesis in the SEE-URBAN-WATER project
As part of the scholarship, Fabiola Siering will travel to Costa Rica from May to July 2019 to carry out fieldwork for her bachelor's thesis in the context of the SEE-URBAN-WATER-Project in cooperation with Universidad de Costa Rica. more

The 6th two-year symposium of the International Society for River Science will take place from September 8 to September 13 in Vienna, Austria.
The topic of ISRS2019 is “River landscapes as coupled social-ecological systems” dealing with research on the use and protection of water resources with a focus on heavily modified riverine landscapes. In this context, the junior research groups SEE-URBAN-WATER and PlanSmart offer a special session on “Nature-based solutions of various scales in urban and rural river basins”. more
