With the start of the second funding period, the idea of an Industry Advisory Board was realized. We are very pleased to have gained five experts from industry who will support us with their expertise on a voluntary basis. They will enrich our research network through exchange of knowledge and experience as well as through constructive and critical discussions. The Industry Advisory Board will participate in our annual autumn retreat and will also be available to our early-career scientists as points of contacts. In this way, opportunities for collaboration can be explored and career and entry possibilities in industry can be identified. We are very much looking forward to working together and are excited about new perspectives and ideas.
