Johanna Lill (associated project B05) at Lindau Nobel Laureate Meeting
2024/08/13
On June 30, Johanna Lill (associated project B05) travelled to Lindau for the Nobel Laureate Meeting. Although the doctoral student from the University of Duisburg-Essen will probably still need some time to win the Nobel Prize, she has already been nominated and selected to take part in this meeting.
According to the event website, the Nobel Laureate Meeting is a “globally recognized forum for exchange between Nobel Laureates and young scientists”. The extremely personal exchange of experiences with outstanding scientists is a unique and unforgettable experience.
Johanna Lill is currently working on element- and isotope-specific research of magnetocaloric materials as part of the CRC 270 HoMMagean program at major research institutions such as the ESRF in France and the APS in the USA.
