Overview
Project Z02 provides service in state-of-the-art transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and scanning TEM (STEM) techniques, with a focus on imaging the local magnetic properties of materials and correlating them with their microstructure and chemical composition (collaboration with project Z01). Investigations will be performed at the ER-C Jülich and the Interdisciplinary Center (ICAN) at the UDE. Data on local magnetic structures will be provided to the theory groups.
