Please follow the steps below in order to apply.
1. Fill in the online application.
2. Print out the online application and the nomination sheet and have it signed and stamped by the responsible coordinator of your home university.
3. Send the application and all other relevant documents to the address below:

- 30 April for the following winter semester
- 30 November for the following summer semester
The following documents have to be attached to the application. Without these documents your application is incomplete and cannot be considered.
Nomination Confirmation
We require a list of nominated students via E-Mail from our partner university prior to their sending of the application documents. If you send your application documents to us on your own (and not via your home university), please make sure to include a nomination sheet which has to be signed and stamped by the responsible coordinator of your home university.
Learning Agreement
The learning agreement contains the study programme of a student at the host university. It has to be filled in by the student and signed and stamped by the home university as well as by the host university.

You can find a list of all lectures at TU Darmstadt in the central course catalogue (Vorlesungsverzeichnis). For further information about lectures, credit points (ECTS) and related topics you can also refer to the students' office (Studienbüro) at your department.

You can obtain this document from your home university. It should include all the courses you took at the university and the corresponding grades.
