I cannot download any materials
Make sure that you are actually registered for the course and not only for the associated module. Materials cannot be stored in modules. To do this, look in TUCaN under Course > My current registration status. If you cannot find the course in question under Accepted registrations, you are not registered.
Please also note that materials can be uploaded to courses across all dates (you will then find the material in the respective event details under “Material for the entire event”) or can be created for individual dates (then click on the respective session date in the course details under “Overview of course dates” at the top right). Materials can also be filed in small groups, in general or for specific dates.
If all these options do not help, please send an email request to tucan@tu-… stating the course number and the name of the course.
