Know your matriculation number
As a rule, you must write your matriculation number on the exam papers.
TU Darmstadt's digital student ID card has been available since summer semester 2025. Since digital devices such as smartphones, smartwatches, etc. are generally not allowed in examinations, the digital student ID card cannot be used to look up your matriculation number.
You should therefore memorize your matriculation number well in advance!
If in doubt, speak to your exam supervisor.
