The focus was on how electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) in modern e-bike systems is ensured through numerical simulation – explained clearly without requiring prior technical knowledge. The keynote linked current research findings in the field of computer-aided EMC simulation with concrete real-world applications and showed students which career paths are open to them in engineering and applied research.

“Jugend präsentiert” promotes presentation skills in STEM fields and is aimed at students nationwide – with over 9,500 participants this year. Four students from the Ricarda-Huch-Schule qualified for the national finals in Berlin (September 27, 2026) with their presentations on the topic of “nerve cells.”
