We were so excited!

On-site visit at the Westend Campus – Presentation of RMU-EXCITE

As the Rhine-Main Universities, TU Darmstadt, Goethe University Frankfurt and Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz, have reached in a milestone in their journey within the German Excellence Strategy of the federal and state governments. Over the past few days, members of the alliance have brought the vision “RMU-EXCITE – Excellent. Collaborative. Transformative.” to life and engaged in dialogue with an international review panel.

The site of the visit was the Westend Campus of Goethe University Frankfurt.

With RMU-EXCITE, the alliance aims to further strengthen its impact – as a pioneer of groundbreaking research, a magnet for talent from all over the world, and a driving force for collaboratively shaping major societal transformations.

On behalf of the entire RMU Board of Directors, RMU spokesperson Professor Tanja Brühl expressed her sincere thanks to all RMU colleagues who contributed with remarkable dedication to the preparation and realization of the site visit, and who made the RMU spirit tangible during the kick-off event. She also extended her gratitude to the many partners from academia, industry, society, and politics whose strong support was reflected in their participation.
