You are pursuing a doctorate at a higher education institute or at a research institution in Germany. Or you are doing research at a University of Applied Sciences. You would like to supervise an intern from North America, Great Britain or Ireland over the summer and would like support with the experimental work of your research or PhD. Your research areas are biology, chemistry or physics, geosciences or engineering, life sciences or applied mathematics or computer science. Then RISE Germany is the right address for you!
RISE Germany (Research Internships in Science and Engineering) arranges research internships for North American, British and Irish Bachelor students at universities and research institutions in Germany. The students complete an internship with a doctoral student or researcher and are supervised by him/her both professionally and personally. The interns support the doctoral students at his/her work as well as the researchers in his/her experimental research. The internships take place in the summer months and come from the natural and engineering sciences and related disciplines.
