The position is initially limited to three years.
The applicant will cooperate in the EU research project CROSSCON and other projects of the System Security Lab research group on systems security.

The applicants must hold an PhD degree and are expected to have relevant background knowledge in computer security. In particular, knowledge of system and platform security, and hardware security (with focus on embedded systems and Internet of Things IoT) is expected. Digital circuit design expertise, HDL and C/C++ programming languages, and knowledge of embedded system programming are considered an advantage. Experience or familiarity with using Xilinx Tools and FPGAs is also a plus.
The tasks related to the offered position are focused on research activities. However, the position also requires to dedicate part of the effort toward project management.
