Why Nature is So Good for Us!
Even a short walk in green surroundings brings a range of positive effects: your stress levels decrease, your mood and concentration improve, and your immune system is strengthened. Your skin and respiratory system benefit, while several risk factors for cardiovascular diseases, sleep disorders, and mental health issues are reduced.
On every walk in nature, we receive more than we are looking for.
