A cool head in turbulent times
Workshop – Emotion management for a relaxed study routine
2024/06/06

Do you sometimes react impulsively with an emotional outburst and feel sorry afterwards? Or do you sometimes feel down and don't know exactly why? Do you sometimes get angry and don't know what to do with your energy?
Then attend this workshop and find out how you can better understand and utilise your own emotions. We will look at how you can keep a cool head even in critical situations. Take home the tools you need to actively use your emotions instead of letting them control you.
