The Workplace Health Management (BGM) program, together with the Student Health Management program, oversees and is responsible for health-related matters at TU Darmstadt. Our mission is to maintain and promote the health, performance, and success of all employees—and thus of the organization. Workplace Integration Management (BEM), as part of BGM, supports employees both in planning their return to work after a prolonged period of incapacity and in implementing preventive measures should health limitations jeopardize their ability to work.
