Come by and experience the perfect mix of power, fitness, Pilates and yoga! In this workout, we combine powerful exercises with relaxing elements to keep you not only strong, but also balanced. Ideal for all students who want to do something for body and mind after a stressful day in the lecture hall. Let's sweat and relax together – without any pressure, but with a lot of fun!

- Location: Mensa Stadtmitte, Otto-Berndt-Halle (large area in the middle and stage), Alexanderstraße 4 Darmstadt
