It is essential to note the specific rule for the Workshop format: If you cannot attend, you must cancel your registration no less than three days beforehand. Otherwise, the relevant institute or research group will be charged a fee that is proportional to the costs incurred. The only exception to this rule is In cases of illness, in which a medical certificate must be provided.
