Promotion efficiency through targeted project management
Workshop on project management for doctoral candidates in the early stages of their studies
2025/06/24
On 23 June 2025, we held the workshop ‘Project Management for Doctoral Candidates in the Initial Phase’.

Under the guidance of Dr. Daniel Friedrich, participants engaged intensively with the fundamentals of project planning and time management – and applied what they learned directly to their own doctoral projects.
The interactive workshop not only provided valuable impetus for a structured start to doctoral studies, but also offered an opportunity to exchange ideas with other doctoral candidates.
Dr. Daniel Friedrich is an expert in project and self-management, knowledge organisation and the integration of AI into scientific processes.
