Research Associate/PostDoc Applied Cryptography

starting as soon as possible for the duration of 3 years with the option of prolongation.

The Department of Applied Cryptography deals with the development and analysis of cryptographic algorithms and protocols and their application in practice. Particular focus of current research is the security analysis of cryptographic implementations against physical attackers (side channel attacks, Trojans, etc.) and the development of blockchain protocols and their applications. Your profile:.

  • Completed doctorate in computer science or mathematics, or a similar subject
  • Visible publications in the field of cryptography and IT security
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Supervision of master theses and doctoral students

The tasks include scientific services in research and teaching in close coordination with the team members.
