Anja Spangenberg,
Department of Mathematics, ATM list
I have been an assistant at TU Darmstadt since August 2007, currently in the Department of Mathematics. I am running for the staff council because supporting my colleagues is important to me and I am committed to the best possible quality of our workplaces. My main areas of focus on the staff council are support and questions relating to application and selection procedure, advising colleagues, public relations and the PR website, as well as participating in working groups such as mobility, the ideas exchange, the introduction of S4HANA and the digitalization of HR processes (Come2DA).

Nicole Schätzle,
Department of Computer Science, WiMi list
I have been working as a secretary in the Department of Computer Science since April 2015. I'm running for staff council because we can only make a difference, if we get involved. Joining in, discussing, deciding instead of getting upset and feeling helpless. That is my motivation. Communication with the committees and institutions is particularly important to me.

I have been a microbiologist at the TU since 1995 and have been working as an academic councillor (WiMi) in administration, research and teaching for a long time. Flexible working time models that meet the different needs of TU employees are important to me.

Thomas Vogel,
University IT-Service and Computing Centre (HRZ) , ATM list
As an engineer, I enjoy designing technology. It is particularly important to me that digitalization and technology design offer meaningful benefits to the employees of TU Darmstadt. Another important concern for me is to secure the framework conditions for mobile working and to encourage the discussion of more flexible working models, such as lifetime working time accounts, sabbaticals or partial retirement. I would also like to continue my involvement in the staff council in order to help shape working conditions in this sense and work towards good cooperation between colleagues.

Sabine General,
Department of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology, WiMi list
I have been at TU Darmstadt since 2007, first as a research assistant in university didactics, then as an ATM in various areas of the university. I have always worked in teaching or close to teaching and research. I would like to contribute my experience and support my colleagues, just as I have already received support.
Matthias Krügl,
Department of Computer Science
I've been at TU Darmstadt since 2012 - after studying and an intermezzo as a WiMi, I'm now an administrator in IT. I would like to contribute to the Staff Council in the areas of digitalization and occupational safety. It is also important to me that permanent positions are also available for permanent tasks.

Michael Starke,
University IT-Service and Computing Centre (HRZ), ATM list
Vocal education at TU Darmstadt is a matter close to my heart. Through my previous experience, I have already been able to help open up career prospects for young people. I see the staff council work at TU Darmstadt as an opportunity to continue and deepen this work.

Vanessa Belew,
Department of Law and Economics, ATM list
I have been employed as a departmental secretary at TU Darmstadt since September 1995 and currently work in the Department of Law and Economics. I am running for the staff council because I want to play an active role in shaping the working environment at TU Darmstadt for my colleagues.

Tina Rudolph,
Department of Mathematics, WiMi list

Thomas Glock,
Directorate V – Building Management & Technical Operations, ATM list
I have been working at TU Darmstadt since 1998. I initially worked as a janitor until 2015, after which I moved to the Preventive Fire Protection unit. I am running for the staff council because the social needs of my colleagues are very important to me. Safety and job satisfaction should be the basis of every employment relationship. After all, as the Russian prose poet and writer Maxim Gorky aptly remarked: “When work is a pleasure, life becomes a joy.”

Polly Oberman,
Centre for Educational Development (HDA), WiMi list
After completing my studies at TU Darmstadt, I have been working in the unit Key Skills at the Center for Educational Development and Technology (HDA) since 2022. Advice and support are key elements for me on the staff council so that all members of TU Darmstadt can work together constructively, respectfully and healthily.

Marion Beck,
Department of Computer Science, ATM list
I work in the study office of Faculty 20 and am interested in the connections within TU Darmstadt and the social links that are sometimes invisible to employees.

Stefan Wilke,
University IT-Service and Computing Centre (HRZ), WiMi list
I have been employed at TU Darmstadt since the beginning of my vocational training in 2009 and have already been able to experience many different roles, facets and working realities of the university at first hand. For me, it is important that the needs and realities of life of university employees are not overlooked in an increasingly fast-paced and diffuse working society. Only by creating predictability, stability and appreciation among employees is it possible to master today's challenges. I am committed to this, as these are the core elements that make long-term thinking and action in an organization possible in the first place.

Christina Wagner,
Unit Strategic Controlling, WiMi list
I work in the Strategic Controlling unit in Department I. Sustainability, digitalization and work-life balance are topics that we encounter in all areas of life, including the world of work. But how do we make this tangible? The service agreements that are concluded between the staff council and the department are central to this, but it is even more important that these service agreements are also filled with life! That is what I am committed to!

Alexander Stark,
Department of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology, ATM list
I have been at the TU Darmstadt since September 1985. In 2000, I've started to work as a Workshop Manager at the Institute of Automation Technology and Mechatronics. A good working atmosphere, transparent information and open and honest communication are important to me. I am very interested in working on the staff council, as it allows me to help shape working conditions and represent the interests of my colleagues

Uwe Bonnes,
Department of Physics, WiMi list
I have been employed at TU Darmstadt since 1995. I'm head of the electronics workshop at the Institute of Nuclear Physics. I have been involved in the TU Darmstadt Staff Council since 1995, initially as a substitute member and for several years now as a permanent member. I would like to continue to work on the Staff Council to ensure that cooperation with the university management is as constructive as possible but also as tough as necessary in the interests of the employees.

Sonja Höhn,
Department of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology, ATM list
I have been working at TU Darmstadt as an assistant in Faculty 18 since February 2023. I am running for the staff council because I want to help ensure that we can all benefit from a pleasant working environment. Therefore, the topics of recruiting new employees, training junior staff and retaining well-established colleagues are particularly important to me. In addition to networking with colleagues, this also includes well-functioning knowledge management and transparency in TU processes.
