Quiet Campus - meditate together at TU Darmstadt

We are exposed to constant overstimulation. Something is constantly demanding our attention, we are surrounded by sounds and noises, our eyes are exposed to a variety of stimuli. In addition, there is persistent stress, sometimes excessive demands, high expectations and many other burdens.

This makes it all the more important to have a regular quiet time to compensate. This quiet time is supposed to be a real break in communication. It's about switching off the stressful everyday life, leaving out stimuli and allowing the body and especially the head a little silence.

Hear nothing, say nothing, read nothing, just concentrated calm. During the quiet time, all your senses should rest and relax as far as possible. If this succeeds, it has many advantages.

We invite you to meditate with us. After a little meditation and relaxation exercise, we linger in the here and now, are completely with ourselves and enjoy the peace and quiet.
