Are you planning a stay abroad and still have questions? We are here to help and advise you on all matters. Here you will find contact details, office hours and contact persons for special topics such as exchange and double degree programs and funding opportunities.

Service and advice

TU Darmstadt offers its students numerous opportunities to spend part of their studies abroad. You can find further information on our website and at the information events that we and the departments regularly offer. If you have any further questions, we will also be happy to answer them personally during our office hours.

Online office hours

Our front office and service counter are available online via Zoom. If you have any questions and would like to speak to us, simply click on the following button during opening hours to enter the virtual waiting room and wait for our student assistants.

Important note on joining the Zoom meeting:

Please do not join the meeting via the Zoom app. If you click on “Sign in with your browser”, you can join the meeting without a passcode. However, this only works this way and not via the blue button above, which leads to the app. Therefore, please use the browser to access the meeting!

To submit documents, you can now use the mailbox at the Counter International or send us the documents by e-mail as a PDF scan. Or send the documents by post to:
