- 20 g sugar (you can also just leave out the sugar)
- 300 ml water
and that's how it's done:
1. Put the blueberries, mint, lemon juice (and sugar, if desired) in a blender and blend until the mixture is smooth. Of course, you can also use a hand blender.
2. Press the mixture through a fine-meshed sieve, for example with the help of a dough scraper. In this way, you will get the last remnants of liquid out of the mass.
3. Mix the obtained juice with water, as much as you like best. Stir well and serve chilled.
