In this workshop, discover your personal stress triggers and learn to develop more composure by changing your perspective and thinking in terms of opportunities.

Reflect on your own self-assessments, needs, motives, values and goals in connection with personal stress

Questioning and balancing personal stress factors to develop serenity and stress tolerance

Applying mental strategies for coping with stress by changing perspectives

Identifying and analyzing personal evaluation processes and thought patterns that contribute to stress

Dealing constructively with individual stress factors

Activation of stress-reducing thoughts and evaluation patterns through a change of perspective

Strategies for relaxation and appropriate distancing
