With the seminar “Healthy Studying”, you will receive weekly guidance, practical tips, and insights from exciting experts on maintaining a healthy and successful study routine.

What to Expect

Weekly sessions covering a variety of topics: nutrition, sleep, exercise & sports, resilience, relaxation, time management, healthcare system, conflict management, consumer competence, team leadership, self-reflection, and much more.

Internal and external instructors from various academic and professional backgrounds.

Exchange with fellow students who want to make their study life healthier.

Certificate of participation at the end of the course.
