Governing Green Energy Trade

Mini symposium of Research Area 4 (Socio-economic Modelling)

2023/06/17

Clean Circles researchers together with speakers involved in the policy-making of green energy trade discussed the key debates around Germany's energy transition, the implementation of global energy partnerships and policy implications on 31 May 2023.

Dr. Dawud Ansari (German Institute for International and Security Affairs (SWP), Berlin) engaged with policy implications of Germany´s approach to hydrogen and national energy strategies. Laura Droste (German Energy Agency (DENA), Berlin) presented the DENA´s approach to policy advice and embarked on an analysis of the energy partnership between Israel and Germany. For the Clean Circles project, Mile Mišić and Erik Jansen (TU Darmstadt) elucidated the political and economic indicators developed for multi-criteria system analysis, based on mathematic and political analyses.
