In a world full of distractions, it is becoming increasingly important to be able to concentrate on your work. Working in a more relaxed and productive way – is that possible? And how?
Deep and Flow Work aims to achieve full concentration and utilize your own mental capacities. In “flow” mode, you are able to absorb complex information and new knowledge much more easily and process it in a creative way. You focus on what you can influence yourself. This seminar includes working techniques from self-management and time management and meditation techniques.

Goals
- You will learn how to focus and concentrate.
- You will understand how your brain works and how you can specifically increase its performance.
- You reduce distractions from your daily work routine.
- You learn to consciously plan, prioritize and integrate rituals into your work to increase your performance.
Pre-Requisites
You will be asked to fill in a short preliminary query to get to know your personal work and concentration style and give the trainer some input on potential focus topics for the workshop.
Please note that a webcam is a prerequisite for this workshop.
Target group: Doctoral candidates and postdocs from all departments and fields of study at TU Darmstadt
