Dare to Evolve: Cultivating Courage in Your Academic Journey (November, 26th 2025)
252_ZM1701
Academic excellence begins within.
This interactive workshop invites early-career researchers to explore the Inner Development Goals (IDGs) as a powerful framework for personal growth, professional clarity, and authentic leadership in academia.
You will discover how inner development supports your role as a researcher, learner, and teacher, and why cultivating inner skills like presence, connection, and reflection can make your academic path more effective – and more fulfilling.
In this session, we take a deep dive into one essential capacity: Courage.
Courage to face uncertainty. Courage to speak up. Courage to take bold steps – even when outcomes are unclear.
Through reflection, embodied exercises, and practical tools, you’ll experience how courage lives in everyday decisions – and how strengthening it can open up new perspectives, ease pressure, and empower your personal and professional journey.
