Meet peers from the RMU partner universities and get to know the JGU campus.
We cordially invite you to an architectural-historical tour at the JGU campus to get interesting information about the history and some surprising facts about the campus and its former use.
Jennifer Konrad, research assistant at the Art History Department of the JGU and founding member of the association “Die Betonisten – Initiative zur Vermittlung der Nachkriegsarchitektur in Mainz”, will accompany you for approximately 1.5 hours through the university grounds and illustrate the of campus‘ history and architectural development using the most striking, beautiful, and controversial buildings.
Moreover, this event is a great opportunity to get to know other Early Career Researchers from the region and get in contact with each other!
Target group: Early Career Researchers of the Rhine Main University Alliance (RMU)*, especially international incomings
