About Meet your Big Sister

Meet your Big Sister is a networking programme for all female students who would like to network and share experiences. It doesn't matter what semester you are in or what you are studying. The meetings are open to everyone*. Get in touch, connect, and become part of the Female Network! The events take place monthly in german and english.

Female* Walk and Talk Darmstadt
Friday, 14 November 2025 – from 3:30–5:00 p.m.
(Starting point: Herrngarten Darmstadt)

The Female Walk and Talk* is open to all women* and female-identifying people. During a walk around Herrngarten, TU Darmstadt, and the Martinsviertel neighborhood, we’ll get to know each other, exchange ideas on shared topics, and explore Darmstadt together. After the walk, you’re welcome to continue strolling or grab a warm drink.

About Meet your Big Sister

Big Sister (2013-2025) at TU Darmstadt was a program designed to support international female students and female students with migration history to connect and network with each other. Since its launch back in 2013, more than 400 female students from 27 study programs have participated in the Big Sister program, benefitting from the wealth of support and resources on offer.
