CREATOR machine data are live and public. You can access them through the links below. The repositories have been compiled by the A01 team consisting of Annette Mütze, Pawan Dhakal and Kourosh Heidarikani, and with assistance from Roland Seebacher.

The repositories provide the complete sets of machine design parameters as well as the experimental results of a permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) and an induction motor (IM) for multifactored analysis. This allows users analysing both steady state and transient investigations – as measured low-frequency equivalent circuit parameters and comprehensive measurement results on six different drive cycles are provided.

Annette Mütze and her team thereby contribute to increasing the availability of results in the field of electric machines that follow the FAIR (Findability, Accessibility, Interoperability, and Reusability) principles, which enables transparency and reproducibility of research knowledge. These packages of data provide all the required information to facilitate their use as a validation and benchmarking tool for different modelling approaches, beyond the specific quantitative results as obtained from singular analyses.

Feel free to use this data in your ongoing research. The data sets are licensed under Creative Commons BY-NC 4.0.
