The well-being at work best practices in Unite! inventory is designed to facilitate the exchange of best practices between the 9 universities that form the Alliance. It outlines, by theme, all flagship and major actions that are implemented locally to improve the work experience of the employees.
As faculty and staff, our well-being at work is of the highest concern to Unite! The concept may vary depending on our university, the country we work in, and the local context. As a result, a wide range of actions aimed at improving the quality of work life exists across our alliance.
With this document, prepared by Unite! Community 6 – Professional Development and Training, Human Resources departments, well-being specialists, managers, and others will find inspiration and examples to help the implementation of new actions and improve existing initiatives by learning from diverse perspectives.As an alliance, it is a first step towards improving our global quality of life at work.
