A joint campaign by the PROLOEWE network on 11 February, the International Day of Women and Girls in Science.

The International Day of Women and Girls in Science was adopted by the United Nations General Assembly on 22 December 2015. It is celebrated annually on 11 February to commemorate the crucial role that girls and women play in science and technology and to advocate for the advancement of women and girls in science. The aim of the day is to promote full and equal access to participation in science for women and girls.

‘Many women, one mission: LOEWE top research from Hesse’ is the motto under which the ProLOEWE network is celebrating Women and Girls in Science Day this year with the scientists from the funded LOEWE projects. WhiteBox joins in!
