Clean Circles
The main objective of research area 3 is a comprehensive analysis of the Clean Circles system from a technical and economic point of view. This is based on the development of a mathematical model describing all relevant energy conversion and mass transfer processes and permits the simulation of different scenarios. Subsequently, flows of funds will be integrated into the model and economic and regulatory criteria will be included in the analysis. Based on the results, optimizations of the overall system from several target figures and finally a comprehensive evaluation will be carried out.
