structure elucidation of a novel subgroup of indole alkaloids from Rauvolfia serpentina hairy roots, participation in successful purification and characterization of several indole alkaloid metabolism enzymes and determining the key factors influencing the efficiency of Agrobacterium-mediated transient expression.
