Welcome event for doctoral candidates
Impulse – Getting started and connected is an event especially for new doctoral candidates at TU Darmstadt.
With this event we aim to:
- connect doctoral candidates of the university with each other across disciplines,
- introduce important topics and actors for a doctorate at TU Darmstadt,
- provide helpful impulses for a good start into the doctoral phase.
The next Impulse will take place from 29 – 30 April 2024 in Wiesbaden (incl. overnight stay).
Target group: All doctoral candidates who started their doctorate on or after 1 January 2024 and did not participate in 2024 are invited

Getting inspired – Invited talk Dr. Marie-Luise Wolff studied English Language and Literature and Science of Music in Germany, England and the USA and holds a doctorate from the University of Cologne. She is CEO of ENTEGA AG and President of the German Association of Energy and Water Industries (BDEW). In 2023 she was elected as Chairwoman of the Hessian Future Council Economy. |
