Coaching

For the purpose of gender equality-oriented career and personal development, we have developed a specific needs-based coaching service for female professors. The individual consultative approach supports the coachees in the development of their own possible actions, resources and skills, in particular with regard to the variety of roles and tasks in leadership positions. Coaching enables the reflection on multifarious issues and topics.
