For 2 servings:

- 1/2 avocado

- 120g Skyr

- 200ml coconut rice milk

- about 3 tbsp desiccated coconut

- 180g mixed berries

- optional: 1-2 bananas

Puree the avocado with 150ml coconut milk. Mix the skyr with the rest of the coconut milk. Layer the berries, desiccated coconut, avocado cream and skyr coconut cream on top of each other. If you like it sweeter, you can use 1-2 layers of banana slices
