In Germany, as well, the diplomas of TU Darmstadt enjoy an excellent reputation: In the field of the 26 ranked German universities, TU Darmstadt holds 3rd place – close on the heels of Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and the RWTH Aachen.

In international comparison, TU Darmstadt achieves top marks in terms of ‘reputation with employers’. In Germany, it is at the forefront in the indicators ‘employment rate’ and ‘networking of employers and students’.

QS claims to be the leading global career and education network and publishes several annual leaderboards. The Graduate Employability Ranking is compiled based on various criteria: information from employers as to which universities produce the most innovative employees, an evaluation of which universities have graduated particularly successful people, partnerships between universities and business enterprises, and the presence of companies on campus. Finally, the ranking looks at the proportion of graduates who have a job after one year.
